The class is 60 minutes. It is devoted to questions, observations, and direct work arising from what emerged in your practice this week. Bring whatever you noticed. We will also practise together live during the session.

Recording notice: this session will be recorded for Path 2 and Path 3 members. You are welcome to join with camera on or off.
Your Pre-Class Practice
