Each class combines direct teaching with practical exercises.
Following registration, you’ll receive a class practice pack a week before, and for selected classes, access to online tools.
Path 2 and Path 3 members receive extended materials with deeper practice explorations.
These quarterly classes introduce core Martfotai practices. No previous experience required.
