Join us for an exploration of The Judgement Mirror, a practice revealing how we see others more clearly than we see ourselves. What we judge most harshly in others often points to what we’ve denied or hidden in ourselves.
This 60-minute class introduces you to projection work through Fourth Way practices, using the Judgement Mirror tool to recognise patterns you might not see alone.
You’ll receive:
- A practice pack to work with before the class
- Access to the free Judgement Mirror tool
- Structured exercises for the week leading up to our session
This is experiential work. Work with these materials at your own pace, then bring your questions and observations to our live session.

The Judgement Mirror – Randomised Personality Trait Auditing Tool
This tool helps you see yourself through the mirror of your judgements.
How it works: The tool randomly selects 5 traits from a database of 40 (20 positive, 20 negative). For each trait, you’ll first rate someone who strongly exhibits that quality, then rate yourself on the same scale.
What it reveals: The gap between how you see others and how you see yourself exposes projection patterns. Large positive gaps often indicate qualities you’ve disowned in yourself but readily see in others. Large negative gaps suggest harsh self-criticism or qualities you’ve integrated that you still judge outwardly.
Your results include:
- A projection map showing where your judgements cluster
- Your top projection gaps
- A Friend Feedback Checklist to gather outside perspective
Use this tool before the class. Your observations and questions about what you discover become the material we’ll work with in the live session.
